[A4] A4 clutchless shifting

Doug, you can indeed shift without engaging the clutch if you match
the RPM correctly to the road speed of the gearbox...3rd, 4th and 5th
gears are the easiest to do this in, but it is not advised as you'll
crunch a few if you're not careful and will eventually screw the
transmission. Get a new clutch and go to an independent shop (that
knows Audi's) to get it installed (far less than the dealership
usually)..
