[A4] Service/Insp light...

Looking through the Bentley, I think the display is different on the 97 and 
99 cars.  Both say "Service," but they use different words after the service 
display.

Agreed on the t-belt changes, especially on the t-belt ancillary side of 
things.  The whole getup got up and got changed a couple of months ago.  
Actually, technically speaking, I guess I changed it.
