[A4] Window switch - no longer auto-up or auto-down...

This used to happen occassionally on my old 2000 1.8T...the remedy was to
hold the switch all the way down then hold the switch all the way up again
(thus fully opening and fully closing the window). After that, the one touch
worked again....hth,
