[A4] B6 timing belt change interval

A chip is not going to make your belt last any more or less. The general
rule of thumb that applies to all interference engines (just about
everything made now-a-day) is that if it has a timing "belt", its 60k,
or if it has a timing "chain" you can do 90k.

Chains are less preferable for performance reasons, but they do last
longer.
