[A4] B6 timing belt change interval

The early B5's were prone to a timing belt tensioner fault...and seeing as
they're interference engines (the valves enter the same head space as the
pistons), then repair bills became expensive due to bent valves etc....I had
a 2000 1.8T and changed the timing belt (and tensioner and water pump...may
as well while you have the front of the car off...), at about 65000...I
think Audi recommended it at 90K. I'm sure the same goes for the B6 1.8T,
but I think they probably sorted out the tensioner fault by then. As for the
2.0T, I'm not sure what the recommended service interval is for the timing
belt, but it's probably around 90K....any ideas anybody?
Cheers,
Nick
