[A4] Overheating issue

Turning on the A/C should automatically turn on the aux electric fan, if it
doesn't you could overheat (I guess). Its very easy to check, just turn on
the A/C and listen for the fan noise to increase. You might want to open
the hood and directly observe the fan, just don't stick your hand in there
as the fan can come on at any time and not just when the car is on.

P.S. I had to change my aux fan in my '98 A4 V6. It wasn't too bad really,
mostly just un-clipping the wireing harness in 4-5 places and removing one
screw (I think). I think there is a pretty good write up in the AudiWorld
tech section.
