[A4] Change brakes

Jon,

I'm not sure about the '96 FWD model but on my '98 Q A4 I had to do the
"rotate & push" method on the rear calipers.  If you can't push the caliper
down easily with a 'C' clamp then try rotating it while pushing.

This is a pretty easy job and one you do one or two wheels the other two go
much faster.  :)
