[A4] '96 12V cold start problem

Yes, 96 A4 V6's do have OBDII (not CAN of course) it is behind the handbreak
in the ash tray area. It has a little plastic cover which just slides off.
It is possible to squeeze the plug in without removing the ashtray itself, but
it does make life easier if you remove it.
