I just had one done by Module Masters - very quick turnaround.  I sent it out from Seattle on a Tuesday and got it back the next Tuesday.

not sure about the f/p but i had my abs mod done at autoecu about 4 
years ago. was ~300, prices have come down. fixed it like a charm. no 
issues since. i've heard similar about both companies.
