[A4] tires

I have a set of Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S that I'm pretty happy with. 
All seasons, but still pretty decent all around (dry, wet, even snow). 
Tread life looks to be good, too.  30k miles so far, and they'll 
probably make it another 20.
