Pretty sure that's normal. If the o2 sensor is bad it will throw a code
that you can read with a $10 obd reader + app.
The newer ecu's are constantly juggling variables to manage emissions and
mileage. I wouldn't worry about it until / unless something breaks. 9/10
times they throw codes when stuff's amiss.
FWIW / IMO if you're looking the b8 is a lot more car, much nicer going
down the road. Nowhere near as pretty as a b7 but it's a better car, no
questions. If you're shopping for avants the auto they got was much
stronger than the b7 auto trans.
I am looking at buying a 2008 A4 Avant. During our test drive last night,
