Yup, I'm the guy who sold an A8 with a limp-mode transmission on eBay
for only a few hundred bucks less than ones that work go for.  $1200
over the buy-it-now price.  I still smile at that one.  The guy was on
the opposite coast and paid $1200 for shipping.  I think it was because
mine was a nicer color.  :^)
