[A8] ?? 2001 A8 possible overheating when Air Conditioning has been on for awhile????

The gauge seems to go to 3/4 Hot or over when AC has been on for awhile on a
really hot day.  Any idea why this would be as I don't want to toast my
baby.

Welcome to the A8 List Jason. 

Not much in the way of posting passes through here - I would like to think 
that suggests fewer problems with A8's. Hopefully you got one of the good 
ones!

Thanks for all your contributions to the V8 List over the years too.

I've not experienced the 'pop' you mentioned but it sounds like a good idea 
to recheck the suspension work already done. And while there go around with 
a pry-bar to see if you can find it.
