Just off the top of my head. Low on coolant, bad thermostat, mixed coolant (causing 'gum' and therefore restriction), clogged radiator, bad aux fan or problem in circuit. Start with checking the coolant to make sure it is nice an pink and there is no 'gum' or discoloration in the resivoir. Next check to see that the aux electric fan comes on. Next change the thermostat and make sure the system is blead properly. Good luck.
