[ba] 82 coupe timing belt cover removal

Anybody know if I can remove the top timing belt cover on my coupe without
having to remove all the belts and the other covers? I think the idler or
tensioner pulley is what's been singing me this song for a while and I need
to deal with it pronto. Neither of my manuals is clear on the concept.
