[ba] auto tranny fluid on A4 2.8L

If you can add it, then you can drain it.  It's usually done by pumping it
out through the dipstick.

As an aside, I was talking to someone who was telling me there was no
drain plug on a small block chevy engine he was working on.  Aparently,
this is fairly typical...
