[ba] decent afforable places for window tint in the bay area

It's been a while since I've had something tinted...  At that time tint films
were described by the amount of light transmitted. Commonly available then were
tints from 70% to 5% (limo). There was a rare film that was 100% that still
blocked UVA & UVB. I've had a number of cars done with 70% on the front windows,
going increasingly darker to the rear.  I've never used limo because IMHO it's
too dark at night & the shop I used did not guarantee it the same. I've never
attracted any police attention with that setup. That said, CVC says you can not
apply any tint to the windshield or front side windows... Factory tint is OK.
Windows behind the driver can be painted black as long as you have 2 outside
mirrors... ;-)
