wow, that is very shocking. about 10-12 years ago i was going maybe 20-25
on a road that i drove several times a day. it seems a water line burst and
took out part of the road. i did not see the "ditch". my car, a classic
MBZ ended up nose first in the ditch. i had about 750$ of exhaust damage
and needed one new wheel. that cost me about $220. i followed the same
process. after nearly a year of fighting the city, i finally gave up.
never saw a thin red cent.
