Another solution, all be it much more expensive, is to replace the front
brakes with those from a Porsche 911. Aside from getting virtually no dust
on my wheels, they make the stock brakes seem like they were greased!

Mintex Redbox pads almost eliminate the dust problem.
Best $135 I have spent on the car.
