They are the 993 biturbo brakes. No they are not bolt-on, they need to be
part of a kit. AFAIK there are lots of tuners doing the kits, but also a lot
are buying the kit made by Movit in Germany.

What year 911 did the brakes come from? Was it a straight bolt on
conversion, if not, what was involved?
