Audi isn't bringing them over to the US itself, but there are a few around.
In fact, here's a thread copied from the local (Pacific Northwest) Audi list
with details on an RS4 that Josh Decker is selling in Seattle.  Josh is
pretty well known for his ability to import Euro Audi parts, and is doing
the Audi/VW tuning thing full time now (http://www.achtuning.com).  I
haven't heard if the car has sold yet.  If it has, perhaps he could import
another -- I don't know.

Contact him, not me.  I don't have any more info...

The "Bill Gates Law" (aka. show and display law) is not a good way to bring
cars into the states because of the mileage limitations.

This car is truly 100% street legal. The car will be federalized and
completely legal in all 50 states.  Federalization is not cheap! (hence the
high price of the car) There is no limitation to mileage on this car and it
will be able to be registered in any state.
