[BiturboS4] Blown Turbos (Non-Chipped S4) - Update

Get Audi USA involved and on the record now.....if you drive around till
4/16, they may say you made the condition get worse and/or more expensive to
repair. Tell Audi you started hearing the noise PRIOR to expiration of the
warranty, but were told when calling casually that turbos make whistling
noises, and it was normal, and to call/visit if it got worse.
It got worse, you are trying to visit, and this is a known issue which you
expect them to take care of if in fact it turns out to be blown turbos.
