[BiturboS4] Blown Turbos (Non-Chipped S4) - Update

Good point!

My Porsche has a built in timer - depending on how
hard its driven - the fan and water (flowing thru the
turbo housing) - stay on for varying amounts of time.
That is a difference btw the Porsche and Audi now that
I think about it.
