[BiturboS4] Blown Turbos (Non-Chipped S4) - Update

Interesting mod.  I wonder that instead of going through with all that
trouble, wouldn't it be (almost) just as effective to simply swap to
an afer-run pump/fan thermoswitch that is rated to kick in at a lower
temperature?  (That is, if such a thing exists...)
