[BiturboS4] Blown Turbos (Non-Chipped S4) - Update

Or, wire a switch in parallel with the sensor.  I've
noticed the exact same issue with the recently
installed 3B motor in my coupe.  Have yet to hear
it come on, though all the wires buzz out correctly.
With the original NA motor, the rad fan would almost
always run for a while after shutting down.  Maybe
I should do some Etka research on the sensor it uses
vs. the turbo cars!
