Yeah, and Cadillac says you never need to change the
oil in their engines.  10k with good synthetic
may or may not be a good idea, but I don't take
chances.  I change mine every 5K, Mobil-1.  Others
use a 3K interval, I have 4 vehicles and can't keep
track.  5K on the ODO is just easier to remember.
Also very important- use an OEM oil filter, never put
a orange or yellow oil filter in an Audi (or any other
car you care about).
