[BiturboS4] Suggested Mods for B5 S4: Help would be appreciated!

Hi folks,

I'm feeling hopeful today that my Audi situation may work out in such a way
that is ideal for me. I want to keep my car.

If I do keep the car, who and where and what mods should I put on the car?
I've kept it stock except for a short-shift kit from UUC (that I think is
too short).

Of the mods I've heard about I would like to finally install:

a performance chip (unknown brand)
a cold air intake or intake upgrade (unknown brand or benefit)
improved suspension for cornering and load (unknown brand and quantifiable
benefit)
upgraded brake pads or rotor/pads/caliper assembly (unknown brand, pro/cons
of each benefit would be nice)
driveline stabilizer (unknown brand or quantifiable benefit)
other suggested improvements with a suggested vendor would be nice and
helpful too

Thanks for your help, any pointers to good sources for quality parts and
benefit would be nice too. I see the regular major vendors have kits, but
I'm not sure I want to go with a kit unless its the most cost effective,
problem free method.
