I won't claim all the credit is mine on my site, web publishing programs
make it pretty easy these days. That is definitely NOT hand coded HTML. :P

Uh... actually, yes!

If you bring your car to the dealership... in or out of warranty they can
reflash your ECU to fix this problem. Mine doesn't suffer it thankfully, but
I've fixed it on several S4's here in the Michigan area. If your dealership
gives you a blank stare, ask to talk to a technician and mumble the words
"adaption, recoding hidden cold-start fuel maps" ... if the tech still gives
you a blank stare, find another dealer. This is a rather taboo topic so if
you wanna know more, email me off list. :P
