[Biturbos4] Greetings and O2 Sensor Mod

Holy cow, this sets off some exclamation marks in my head. I've had an
intermittent problem with this on my 01 s4. I pulled codes of misfires...
happening in front of my eyes thanks to a vag-com... check engine light
will come on, stay for half a day or so, then go out... happened only once
since I tried briefly to remedy the problem by replacing plugs (65k miles)
But I'd obviously like to find the permanent fix, and it seems that this may
be my solution, however, the ECU is chipped with APR's program. Will
flashing the fuel map program erase my apr program? Car's obviously out of
warranty, so I have nothing to hide from the dealer. Thanks in advance for
any input, it's very much appreciated. Also note that the problem existed
prior to being chipped and wasn't existent during the time the car was
chipped.
