[BiturboS4] RS6 on the way - more info

Just got the pricing this weekend.  It will be a sedan.  I don't believe
the avant is coming to the US.

$82,700 MSRP
$1,300 gas guzzler tax
$660 destination
$1,000 Warm weather package (sunroof, power rear shade, manual side
shades)
$1,350 nav
$350 rear side airbags
$300 carbon fiber trim
$950 sound enhancing exhaust

I won't order it until October for December delivery.  Plus they will give
me a web site so I can look at it being built.
