[BiturboS4] S4 biturbo gas mileage

During one particularly spirited session on the track a few weekends ago, I
was able to "get" mine down to 8 mpg, but 9 was the norm.  Slightly off
topic, but the weekend's track session that was the most fun was one that we
ran in a moderately heavy  rain.  Even with marginal tires, the car was an
absolute blast to drift through the corners; prerfectly controllable at all
times.  The best part was that I pretty much had the track to myself since
most everyone else had packed it in for the day.  I was grinning for days.
