[BiturboS4] OEM hose clamps

With all this discussion surrounding DV hose clamps, I thought I'd share
this:

If you like to use OEM hose clamps--which are superior to the typical
worm-drive type, witness the use of them by Porsche, Audi, et al.--they
are available in the aftermarket; they're made by Oetiker, and you can
buy them at McMaster-Carr, who have an excellent e-store here:

Search for "ear hose clamp." McMaster doesn't label them as Oetiker
brand, but that's what you'll get.
