[BiturboS4] Frozen S4

Not to beat a frozen horse, but according to the coolant labels I've read,
the freeze point lowers AND the boiling point rises (to a point) with a
higher concentraton (at least for ethylene glycol). I thought all new cars
started with a 50/50 mix for any climate. Not sure about this pink stuff
though...

The original question made it sound like he came from a hot climate
where the mix is weaker.  Sorry if I misunderstood.
