[BiturboS4] Frozen S4

[Single Malt]

Isn't there a tool to measure the freeze protection of anti-freeze?  I know
I've got one *somewhere* out in the garage ... hydrometer comes to mind.  I
don't know if these instruments are specific to certain types of anti-freezes,
but you may have luck verifying that the solution in your cooling system is
indeed providing the required freeze protection (and therefore not have to
flush and fill).
