[BiturboS4] electronically limited speed

The Canadian S4 sales brochure says 230 km/h, which is approx. 142.9 mph.  Chipping should remove the speed limiter and I think raise the rev limiter to 7100 rpm as well.

I know the maximum speed on the north american S4's is electronically
limited to 130mph.

Can you modify this using vag-com or a similar tool?

Or if the car is chipped would it remove this limitation?

Just curious.. :)
