[Biturbos4] brake problem

I have a 2001 S4 with approx. 35k mi.  Stoptechbrakes.  Motul fluid in for 
about 2 years.

In the last months the pedal has gotten softer and softer.  It slowly goes 
in farther and farther as pressure is applied.  At the end of the travel the 
ABS engages even before the car comes to a stop.

The fluid level is fine and I spot no leakage around any of the calipers.

Thoughts?
