Wow, that's unbelieveable!! I hope my dealer won't pull s!it like that on me, in fact I hope nobody experience such poor service from any dealers, it's beyond shameful!!
Speaking of brake fluid flush, it says in the manual that it has to be done every 2 years regardless of mileage. That's because brake fluid can absorb moisture, seriously affect braking performance and can possibly ruin the hydraulic components. I had to remind my service advisor, pointed it out to him, that they had to do this at my 2-year service. My buddy didn't remind them, and they didn't flush his brakes on his A4. The service advisor's a nice guy, but I just couldn't believe he and the techs can forget such things.
