That is simply inexcusable. At my local Audi dealership, they have a
model year specific form with a checklist of things that should be performed
at each of the scheduled service. As the tech completes each item on
the list, it is checked off and the form is given to the customer
for inspection when the car is picked up. Additional recommended services,
if any, are also jotted down on the form.
