i agree.  it is a shame that audi makes some really
nice cars but choses to distribute them through aoa
and sell through many iffy dealers.    

if dealers are making the decision to extend the
waranty, should aoa not be concerned?  the least they
could do is dock the dealers the amount they they
would be out.  i am sure this is quite easily done,
other wise they could have the dealer show cause as to
why they should not be an audi dealer.  

this has jaded my audi experience.  it is not how they
treat you in good times, it is how they treat you
during bad (in this case technically still under
warrranty based on representations made to me before i
bought the car.)

i even thought about contacting audi hq about aoa's
lack of interest in maintaining customer loyalty. does
any one have any idea how i go about finding a name
and an email addess?
