[Biturbos4] Cambelt replacement

Agreed, its very important to do it right. But let's not equate 
"dealer" with "competent".
Some dealers are careless, and there are numerous well trained and 
conscientious independent shops.

Make sure that they 1) are familiar with the car, 2) respected, 3) 
insured.  If they do get it wrong, it must be their problem.

I know several good shops in norther New Jersey that do the job for 
about 65% of what Audi does.
