[Biturbos4] Idle Warming Up Question

As long as we're tossing out boost gauge suggestions, here's what
i went with cuz i didn't like the look of any of the a-pillar/vent
mounts...very low key as far as visible changes go, but obviously
you can't see your boost gauge when you're using any other function
of the center display...
