[Biturbos4] Engine overheated. Bad thermostat?

I have less than 5 miles to work. In the summer, I can barely get the oil
temp needle above 150F. So, needless to say, I don't get into the turbos
much to and from work.

Nope, have a 7 mile commute, oil is warmed up at approximately 6.3
miles...:-)

just enough to generate 16 psi in the company parking lot (NOT DAILY)

Only 8 miles?? The oil is probably still cold! Hope you don't go full
boost until the oil warms up.
