Nope, have a 7 mile commute, oil is warmed up at approximately 6.3 miles...:-)

just enough to generate 16 psi in the company parking lot (NOT DAILY)

Only 8 miles??  The oil is probably still cold!  Hope you don't go full boost until the oil warms up.
