[Biturbos4] trap speed w/ chip

[California Fields]

Stage I (chip, no exhaust) on 93 octane with a decent launch should yield:

If you suck, 2.2+ sec 60-foot time with 14.0+ 1/4mile @sub 100mph.
If you are mediocre, 2.0 sec 60-foot and high 13s 1/4mile @ 100mph.
If you kick ass, 1.8 sec 60-foot and mid 13s 1/4mile @ 100-104mph.

I "sucked" on my first attempt with Stage II (chip+exhaust) because I bogged 
the launch...13.9 at 100. Most people mess up the launch...it's the hardest 
thing to get right in our cars and the part that affects the time the most. 
Note, this is based on my limited experience at the track and from a lot of 
newsgroup reading. Notice that there's really small differences in time/mph 
between a good and poor driver...but it's these small differences that win 
races.
