[Biturbos4] Bose Tape Deck

I tried using the tape deck for the first time in the 14 months that I've
owned the car and the sound is very muffled, rendering it virtually
worthless.  I tired one of the wet head cleaners that the owner's manual
recommended, but it seemed to have little effect.  Does anyone have any idea
what else I might try.  I know, nobody listens to cassette tapes any more,
but I would still like to have it working for that rare occasion that I need
it.
