[Biturbos4] First of my own wrenching of my '01 S4

The filter oil can damage either types of MAF sensor.  This is unrelated
to the fact that the earlier S4's MAF sensors seem to also fail on its
own.  Over-oiling the filter will definitely be a problem, but even as it
is, it doesn't take a lot of imagination to think that some of that oil
would wind up being sucked into the intake tract anyway.

I also recall reading that the K&N does not filter as well as the
stock filters, causing dirt to enter the intake system.  Not a
good thing.

If I were you, I'd keep the $42 for a very nice dinner rather than
waste it on something that might buy me nothing except possible trouble
down the line.
