[Biturbos4] Bi Pipe Install Challenges

Good question now that I've had everything apart and seen that all was in 
good shape at 64k.

It was based on the reported problems and recommended solutions on the 
Resource and Issues pages, ie defensive against problems that cause 
premature turbo failure.
