[Biturbos4] 2K S4 Cluster with lines also

Reprogramming door locks and windows with remote are known features to most of us, however these are not officially recognized by AoA for potential liability reasons and what not.  As a result, some dealers don't want to deal with it, and then there're otheres that don't even know about it.
