Wow. Goes to show just how much (many) of us are getting gypped. These are
the little details which I so much want someone to pay attention to, but it
seems to be all these dealers can do to just get the oil and plugs changed.

Then they have the nerve to not have the car ready until 5:30pm, so that
when you come to pick it up and discover that they blew off half the stuff
the owner's manual clearly lists that you're just SOL-- their next available
appointment is three weeks off...
