[Biturbos4] Tires and alignment

Mine took about 45 minutes + 15 min set up.  I did quite a bit of it 
actually.
Its nto a big deal, but as quincy notes, they have to know what they're 
doing.
Audi familiarity, from what I could see, was irrelevant.  Thrust lines 
are thrust lines, and degrees are degrees.
